Bob Morris

Bob is founder and president of Organizational Skills Associates, LLC (OSA), a strategic consulting and organizational development firm. He has led large scale interventions in a variety of business sectors over the last 20 years, including setting strategic direction for new businesses/services/programs, restructuring the business, and developing leadership teams. His areas of expertise include leadership development, strategic planning, team building, performance management, and organizational design.

Bob was on the faculty in Management Communication at UW-Whitewater. He also has been an adjunct faculty member for the Organizational Development Program at DePaul University as well as an instructor in leadership, team development, and problem solving for the UW Graduate School of Business Executive Education Program. In addition, he served three years as a Senior Examiner for the Wisconsin Forward Award and was on the editorial board of the leading international publication in the field of communication, Human Communication Research. Bob has presented at the Center for Creative Leadership in Colorado Springs and has published articles on leadership, building teamwork, performance management, and assessing climate to create a performance-based culture. He currently serves on the board of the Wisconsin Forward Award.

Richard Rhyme

Richard "Buck" Rhyme is a senior partner with Organization Skills Associates. Using his leadership perspective as a former CEO and community leader, Buck is able to successfully address a wide range of organizational challenges with clients across multiple sectors. His areas of expertise include leadership development, strategic planning, team building, performance management, strategic facilitation, board development, and executive coaching.

As a consultant, Buck has led many projects involving change and assisting clients to engage key stakeholders in implementing change. These initiatives have included consolidation of regions and the creation of new business structures among others.

Prior to joining OSA, Buck was the CEO for CAP Inc., a human services agency. Recognized by Corporate Report Wisconsin and Ernst & Young as a Star Stream leader in 1999 for his leadership skills, Buck used strategic planning, team building, and investments in technology as the key drivers to grow agency revenues by over 1200% during his 17-year tenure. His success, inside and outside the organization, led CAP to develop a reputation for innovation and service excellence.

Buck holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and also has been a senior examiner for the Forward Award for Performance Excellence. He currently serves as an adjunct faculty member at UW Graduate School of Business Executive Education Program where he provides executive coaching.

Senior Consultants

Gary Meister

Gary is a Vice-President with Organizational Skills Associates. His academic credentials include a MS degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison and an Ed.D. Degree from the University of Cincinnati in Program Development and Development of Educational Technology for Adult & Continuing Education in a business setting. Prior to joining OSA he was the Director of Human Resources at AAA Wisconsin for over 15 years. While at AAA, Gary led a team of HR and training staff through numerous organizational change projects. For example, he led the design and implementation of new positions that enabled stronger cross-selling across product lines, and served as HR coordinator for a merger involving three organizations and 6,000 employees. Gary has managed all other aspects of human resources such as selection and recruitment, employee relations and performance management.

Gary brings an expertise in organizational and staff development, human resources and staff relations, and process improvement to OSA.

Lynn Clayton

Lynn has more than 25 years as a senior executive in small to medium size healthcare organizations, including hospitals, physician clinics, and a pediatric and rehab hospital/school. In addition, he has experience in developing and managing regional healthcare networks. His positions have included CEO, Sr. Vice President, COO, and Regional Vice President, among others.

In these roles, Lynn has led boards and the management team in setting new strategic direction, implemented the Service Excellence philosophy and process to improve patient care and employee morale, participated in coaching and leadership development efforts to strengthen human capital and retention, introduced productivity monitoring systems, and exercised oversight of three major construction projects. His record has been built on innovation, learning, and growth of the enterprise.

Mr. Clayton holds an MHA from the University of Minnesota and is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
