One-on-one coaching opportunities with the consultants to enhance skill developmentA typical OSA Academy runs 4 to 6 months and is comprised of 5 or 6 courses, each focused on a different aspect of becoming an effective leader. Each course is 1 or 1½ days in length with numerous opportunities for action learning and time to address real business objectives or problems. Class members start the Academy by doing a 360-degree leadership assessment. Several other assessments are administered along the way as part of the coursework.
